Pistachios are an amazing source of a lot of good stuff: unsaturated fatty acids, potassium, fibers (all antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, so they help fight cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol), and lots of other minerals. Obviously the Orgasmic Pistachio Cream is sweet, so consumption is not advised for people with diabetes and metabolic disorders, but it is definitely better than any other mainstream sweet spread you can find around!
