As you most probably have realized, I loooove cooking! Cooking for y’all is a pleasure for me, a way of expressing my creativity, and a way of making more elaborate food that I would not otherwise make daily if I would be cooking for myself only.
My daily special light is a dish I make weekly and it changes every week.
The staples are:
Lentil soup: my grandma’s recipe for the most traditionally Mediterranean lentil soup, with wild oregano from my hometown, my mom’s olive oil, the best lentils and lots of veggies! Add homemade gnocchi pasta (+$3) upon request.
Mushrooms & potato purea: my original recipe of this comfort food, with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
Cereal and Beans soup: farro, beans, veggies, and addition of shrimp (+$3) or homemade gnocchi pasta(+$3) upon request. It’ll easily become your absolute favorite dish!
